they postponed our WAC indefinitely yahoo! i think the teachers realized we haven't had any friggin sleep for the past few days! and if tonight was a wac, we'd probably all screw up anyway. We've been so busy lately, OM project, GM final paper, online assignment for SIMTECH, everday FINANCE stress and assignments, Walkabout project for HBO... and soon we'll have to finish our marketing projects. sigh. it just never ends.

Hardly anyone showed up for our MC class the other day, i think there were less than 20 people in the room. Today in Finance there were only about 10 people. I didn't get to go because of my walkabout project. This thing is making me go far like paranaque, cainta, antipolo, araneta avenue in q.c. geezus. Rahul asked me once: why the hell did you get a difficult walkabout? well, nothing in life is easy. And i thought it wouldn't be this hard because i'm trying to help someone out right? These disabled artists need help! but unfortunately the association they belong to is giving me more headaches. Have you ever heard of a consignment agreement where you pay for the product before it is sold? I don't think these people understand the meaning of consignment. I also didn't understand it before but now i know what it ISN'T.

I got my first batch of cards today. I'll be sending them to Libris bookstore next week, just in time for their book feast (April 4-12) and my problem is actually the painting. I hope he can make a painting for me in time or before the feast is over. Deadline for this project is April 11 and I'm dead tired already.

Last thursday we had a meeting with our proponent for our OM project in White Plains. We ended kinda early, around 430pm i think so I decided to surprise joey. Knowing he's always in CRC at this time and day I got John-D to help me find out where he was exactly. John-D said he was in this Kafe Komidades or something place. Stupid me, parked in Pearl thinking it was in the area. Paid friggin 30 bucks pa! then it was insanely confusing just getting to the back of this darn school - strict is even an understatement! buti na lang i wasn't wearing sleeveless. damn these stupid rules - the guard wouldn't even let me through the building! Don't ask me why. Well, i had to walk around the whole friggin block just to get to the other side. Through a canteen, parking lot...blah blah blah. And take note I came from a business meeting, I was in heels! dammit! I felt relief when i finally saw john-d in the horizon. It was an worth it to see Joey's face light up when he saw my surprise. Aww. I had no idea it was the RObert Quebral interview! Good thing i came though because i like to make time to support joey with things, especially like this zine of his =) anyways, my mood dropped again when i realized i had to walk all the way back! the guard in the back also wouldn't let me through (geez! why? am i not holy enough or something? i think you can pass through a chapel or church anywhere in the world but here! dammit!) so by the time i got to the car my calves, knees, and leg muscles were crying in pain. When i got back here to the dorm i just plopped in bed, raised my footsies over the pillow and vowed never to walk that distance again unless i'm in rubber shoes. My feet couldnt' stop aching for two days. I could only wear socks and sneakers. flat leather shoes were still painful.

I once walked down 41 flights of stairs (philam bldg) during a fire drill in stillettos. I think that can damage your legs permanently. Even the guys who were flat shoes couldn't walk straight for two days because of that stupid fire drill.

Oops have to go take a bath now. Joey is picking me up to watch Ciudad in Big Sky Mind. Sigh. We used to go to Big Sky when we were just buddies hanging out. I still get kilig thinking of how joey and i ended up together. heehee. We're almost two years! my longest relationship! I still can't believe it. I love my joey bear!

i'm reading about this year's sundance...

among those interviewed like hope davis (watch her in Next Stop Wonderland!especially all those single people out there), jason schwartzman (did you know he's in the band Phantom Planet?), patricia clarkson (the hilarious assistant to Sean Patrick Flannery in the 1999 movie Simply Irresistible ), zooey dechanel (remember her in Almost Famous?)...these guys don't get the attention they deserve! especially Patricia Clarkson! such a great actress with flair and wit =)

...i didn't know emily mortimer and alessandro nivola just got married! awww.

...the one who's been to sundance the most among those i've already mentioned is zooey dechanel (three) but the top attender has been Carla Gugino (four). Her first time was for Miami Rhapsody. I remember watching that. Woody Allen humour at its simplest.

HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - Producing partners George Clooney (news) and Steven Soderbergh (news) have come aboard to produce "Tishomingo Blues," actor Don Cheadle (news)'s directing debut.

Originally set up at Britain's FilmFour, which left the film financing business in 2002, the Elmore Leonard adaptation would mark a Leonard reunion for the trio: Clooney and Cheadle appeared in 1998's "Out of Sight," based on the Leonard book of the same name and directed by Soderbergh.

Clooney and Soderbergh, through their WB-based Section Eight banner, and Cheadle have an established working relationship, with Cheadle appearing alongside Clooney in Soderbergh's "Ocean's Eleven."

With a script by John Richards ("Nurse Betty"), "Tishomingo Blues" follows a high diver at the Tishomingo Hotel & Casino in Mississippi who witnesses a Mafia murder and becomes entangled with a Detroit con artist.
