can someone please explain to me why some people expect the world to be handed to them on their laps? i think every single proverb on this earth says that for you to be helped, you have to help yourself. Every God and religion says the same thing. God will help you if you help yourself. So why don't people move their friggin butts??? why? why? why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why?why? do they have their own secret key to life that i don't know about? are they in a fairy tale and a terrible spell has been cast and they have to wait until some prince charming comes to rescue them and they can live happily ever after? so in the meantime, it is ok to just lie down like Sleeping Beauty until that happens or mope around the castle like the Beast?

i'm starting to sound like a fuckin fortune-telling-well telling these people that hey! you know what? if you start with the little things, you can get control of your life again! if you just get up in the morning and start keeping yourself busy you'll have some purpose which helps you get up the next morning and the next and the next. Sooner or later your whole life makes you feel good!..this is common sense right? right?

so am I the one MISSING SOMETHING????
