watched Daredevil yesterday with joey. It was his second and my first time to watch it. What can I say? it has exceeded even my adoration of Spiderman. This is partly because I don't like Kirsten Dunst AND Jennifer Gardner...after seeing Spiderman I hated Kirsten more because she was such a pathetic whimp of a woman. But Gardner - maaaan! she rocked!

I luuuv action movies. This one was even more thrilling and exciting. And I read the comic books. Of course it wasn't as loyal to the comics as it should be but hey it's called poetic license or cinematic license or whatever. The graphics for his bat-like hearing (up yours, batman moviemakers!) sense was so well done, it didn't even disturb the whole scene. They blended it so well that you didn't mind it when they shift from the sensory scenes and actual ones. Much like the talent of Peter Jackson when merging effects to enhance the movie watching instead of making the effects the actual solo act. Remember The Frighteners? Oh and thank God they cast Ben Affleck for this role. Although this is based on a comic book and its some guy in a spandex-tight outfit, you still need acting. And he definitely delivered. Can you tell me who else could have played this guy? I mean, if he wasn't Daredevil - he could have been Superman! the cleft chin, square jaw, the vulnerable demeanor...ok maybe I'm pushing my luck.

Anyway, i thought it was great! i would watch it again...and again...and again...Oh and good casting. Even Colin Farrel as Bullseye was a good touch. He kind of overacted but it was still in character.

Oh and i read that Ben-boy did all his stunts. Whatduyatink of dat!hehe
