i blew up again today. And i'm don't feel too good about it.
I took an anger management quiz online...
(and yes, i've watched the movie already :p )

here is your checklist

0-2 Manageable: you could benefit from relaxation training
3-5 Moderate: you need to learn more about what stresses you, and learn stress management techniques.
6+ Out of Control: you have an anger problem that could benefit from learning anger management techniques

Well I belong in the middle group so maybe it is stress that's getting to me. I think. oh well. I still need a Slam Man to release my frustrations here.
