I finally watched X-men 2!It was Joey's birthday last May 1 and we watched it with is parents. Then we had dinner in Swarzwalder (did i spell that right?)...i used to go there as a kid with my parents. Too bad there were no more kiddie meals for me to order. hehe. Then we went to herbie's house and met up with everyone else. Then on to Jack's Loft (because herbie's garden was just so hot!) for some ice cream and iced coffee. yummmy! Haapppeee birthday joeeeeeey! =) i loooooove you honey!
joey is now in boracay...probably having a blast with alexis and cecile etc. My best friend called me yesterday and told me they really missed me. They're also in boracay. I should really be there, if not for this really bad schedule of mine. I have so much to finish in the next two weeks (last two weeks of first year man!) so i couldn't afford to leave. But there's nothing i want more than to go to the beach, bask in the sun and get a massage. With my little tropical cooler (mango shake!) haaay. I miss boracay.
I want to go back and have better memories! =)

i want a puppy...heehee.
last night while walking around greenbelt someone was walking a baby pug...it was so tiny!
though i don't think it's good to bring a puppy that young around the mall...parang baby ba? haha
anyway thought i'd share one of the cutest doggie/kitty pictures you'll ever see in your lifetime but you have to look closely because i could only find a small pic...aren't they so cute? =)

i'm kind of bummed that i have to work (study) during the holiday (May 1) and it's even joey's birthday! grrr...sometimes I hate AIM. just because I can't spend more time with my loved ones, or do the things i want to.

even the bird is so cute!heehee =) these were the strips for happy earth day which was sometime this april. Belated happy earth day guys! heehee.
i just found the cutest strips of mutts. I luuuuuv mutts! they're the cutest! i am dedicating the next few days to the mutts strips =) now you now why i'm called "shmargie".
last night was fun. it was the usual sunday lunch with the family because I couldn't wake up for mass. Then a little shopping and bonding time with my bro over coffee. I had a short meeting with my group for our presentation this morning (which went well and i was wide awake to be the first presentor at 8am!) then walked to the greenbelt park for mass. I like that church. I think that's how churches should be - open and with lots of nature. It's like you're really listening to God tell a story or something. Well then marc and frances were kinda late so i walked around the mall and bumped into two old friends. I helped them choose gym clothes in nike and adidas. Then i got to visit my darling little dream digicam in the Sony store. Marc, Frances and Chris (marc's cousin) were still missing in action we just made pasyal some more. Thanks for the coffee and conversation guys! =) I think that's what makes old friends seem so dear to you...even if you haven't seen each other in a really long time (think: 10 years man!) when you do get to talk again it's like you never left. Well I was in high spirits that night and finally met up with Marc, Frances with Maymay! fresh from Beijing and SARS free. Seemed like my night was complete. When i got home, erik and i just spent the rest of the night in the library surfing the net, watching tv and chatted some more. I'm glad i'll be moving home soon because I really miss my family. I've been kind of detached from them since I left so it will be nice to see them again. And in two weeks I will have been free of school (for about two months) but will be working somewhere (not sure yet. will know tomorrow! final Colgate Palmolive interview at 4:30pm) but at least i'll be home. I have more time to hang around my buddies and my bro and go to the gym.
Going shopping in adidas and nike yesterday plus the lectures of my friends as to the fruits of going back to the gym has pretty much inspired me to start my fitness agenda again. heehee =) Oh and my bro and i have been practicing my driving so pretty soon i'll be ready to claim complete independence...oh wait, i still don't have my own apartment yet. hehe.

i was really happy tonight because i saw two of the coolest girls...
I haven't seen Ane in the longest time! we just screamed when we saw each other and couldn't stop hugging! she looks so happy and content with her life. We shared a lot of good news, well mostly she shared her kwentos. I was just really glad I got to see her. The last time we got together was not one of my happiest moments but her support really helped me out then and i'll never forget how good a friend she is talaga.
Later on after the movie screening Hannah showed up. Yehey! also a real sweetie...it's always nice to make kwento and jump around with her. Nice to know she still appreciates gorgeous men (like Brandon Boyd of Incubus - yeaaaaah!) and she delighted in the fact that i also appreciate women (naks! i guess that's because i am one!haha). She even got me something from bora! thanks again girl! She's one of those people who are just so easy to get along with...

haaaay, have to sleep now. have our last WAC tomorrow (hallelujah!)...we're all praying it's not a finance case. Someone said it's 20 pages long and we only have from 9am to 2pm to finish it. Aaargh! baboosh!

sorry am i too mushy? well, he's been like my guardian angel who has taught me how to control my temper or just be light & happy...i'm so glad he came into my life. And I want the world to know it! heehee. I hope we get to spend more time together soon. Hopefully when this school year is done, I'll have all my weekends free to spend with him...and watch movies...and just walk around...aaah the simple things are the best! =)

by the way, heard this band tonight (thanks paul!) called two ton shoes. Awesome! they should go mainstream! apparently you can only find them on kazaa because they're hard to find or they're with an independent label or something...acid jazz is the coolest.

My computer just got infected with a serious worm...its called VBS_REDLOF. According to our ICT support here in AIM this stupid thing was born or at least reached the phils. around last year. I used Trend Micro's PC-Cillin and Norton's antivirus but they couldn't clean or remedy my infected files. It goes straight to my Windows/Systems folders and attacks them. So one by one, my files are being deleted or renamed so that the programs can't function properly. Beginning with my c drive folders.

I hate this. My pc has been with me since 1999 when Intel provided me my own laptop when I started working there. But this pc was used by the two people before me which means it has been pretty much alive and kicking since 1997. It uses Pentium MMX technology 150Mhz, 32MB ram upgraded to 64MB, 1.5GB Hard disk and is IBM. I feel like I'm writing it's eulogy because I know I have to sell or get rid of it soon. It's just broken down so much, been reformatted and rebuilt so many times. it's more vulnerable and susceptible to viruses and other harmful stuff. My poor baby. Sniff. It has traveled all over with me and survived so many seminars, presentations, movies, airport scanners etc. And it's got everything built in like disk drive, cd drive despite it's small size. But it's really getting hard because i don't even have a usb port, the mouse doesn't work so well, the screen is super small, it weighs a ton...aaarg, but i love it anyway.
i think it is also one of the few laptops that still has a "nipple". I was rolling on the ground with laughter when i first heard what that little rollerball in the middle of the keyboard was called. It's like a mini-mouse. I personally don't the like the touch screen on most laptops now.
